034 Motorsport Transmission Mount // 10.22.2013
After over a month with this mod in place, I have to say it is one of THE BEST I've done for the car...and that includes the SC, and the coilovers, etc.
I would've never expected how much this mount helps in overall engagement of the clutch. Getting it rolling out of first now, especially, is so much easier. I thought I was just stuck, that life with a Stage 3 clutch was just not all that great in a daily driver (given a lot of hills in my area), but with this upgrade, the clutch engagement is just sooo much better. Very glad I went with this.
I have the Motorsport version (vs density line). People say you feel a lot of vibration with this, but I actually don't think that's the main thing. I can feel a little more, I guess, but it's not that prevalent. What I did notice, is that you can actually HEAR the gearbox a lot more (or 'first time hearing it ever'). Between me playing a lot of music while driving, or just listening to the exhaust, it doesn't bother me one bit, but I did notice it at first. I don't hear it while going along; just when I start off from 1st in a relatively relaxed manner.
All in all - - go get this for your RS4 now. For $100, I don't think there's any better mod for the money.
